An Advisory Day represents professional effort, not eight hours of meeting attendance.
Preparation, analysis, project-material review, architecture review, meetings, workshops, recommendations, and other agreed professional activities consume purchased Advisory Days.

Worldwide | Remote or On-Site
Guide To Learn provides advisory services worldwide, remotely or on-site, according to engagement requirements.
Remote advisory is appropriate for many executive discussions, architecture reviews, project-material reviews, working sessions, decision-support activities, and project meetings.
On-site participation may be recommended when an engagement materially benefits from in-person involvement, including executive workshops, complex discovery, critical architecture decisions, major implementation milestones, cutover, go-live, or stabilization.
The appropriate delivery approach shall be determined according to the engagement's objectives, location, timing, project stage, stakeholder requirements, and Guide To Learn availability.
Travel & Engagement Expenses
Advisory Day fees cover professional services only. Travel and related expenses are additional.
Reasonable and necessary expenses for on-site engagements may include:
- Airfare
- Lodging
- Ground transportation
- Rental vehicles
- Parking and tolls
- Meals
- Baggage
- Visa and entry-related expenses
- Other mutually agreed engagement-related expenses
Travel requirements and estimated expenses shall be agreed before travel arrangements are booked.
Travel time is separate from Advisory Days unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Critical Milestones, Cutover & Go-Live
Major cutover and go-live requirements may require availability, coordination, hours, locations, and responsibilities beyond a standard Advisory Day engagement.
For cutover, go-live, stabilization, weekend or extended-hours support, multi-country deployments, materially challenged projects, or multiple workstreams, contact Guide To Learn before purchasing so the appropriate scope, delivery model, availability, and commercial structure can be established.
